Lantana shrubs! Word of advice; never ever smell them up close, you’ll likely regret it if you do >A< blegh! Butterflies supposedly like them though.
Yet again it’s a invasive tropical shrub trained in tamed by the Canadian north. I suspect it gets treated like the Solanum rantonnetii shrubs and gets dug up and grown in a greenhouse during the winter.
